WINE-MAKING PROCESS

  • Pressing of the harvest in whole bunches by pneumatic presses.

  • Made solely from the first pressed juices: the Cuvée juice.

  • Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperaturecontrolled stainless steel tanks.

  • The pink color is obtained by blending Coteaux Champenois (9%).

  • Aged on racks for at least 48 months after bottling.

  • Dosage at disgorging 8g/l.

  • Bottles sold after 12 weeks minimum of disgorging.

  • Serve chilled but not iced, around 7° C.

  • Available in bottles and magnums, crates of 6 Prestige bottles or 3 magnums.
