WINE-MAKING PROCESS

  • Pressing of the harvest in whole bunches by pneumatic presses.

  • Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.

  • Wine blended using several years’ harvest.

  • Aged for at least 24 months on racks after bottling.

  • Dosage after disgorging 9g/l for the Brut, 33g/l for the Demi-Sec.

  • Bottles marketed 12 weeks minimum after disgorging.

  • Best served chilled but not iced, i.e. 7°c.

  • Available in bottles, cases of 6.
