Palate

This wine has a light gold color with numerous fine bubbles.

Fruity notes of candied apricots and fruit paste are accompanied by subtle aromas of almonds. The nose of this cuvée is expressive and very fruity, offering a racy, full-bodied champagne.

Fresh attack; freshness that is maintained throughout the tasting. The palate is in continuity with the nose, with notes of almonds and pastries reminiscent of apricot tart . The body and structure reveal a generous, tannic and rich champagne. A cuvée to be recommended without hesitation as an aperitif or with raw fish or shellfish.
