The attack is supple and intense, very fruit-forward. Its lightness and delicate character is both surprising and deliciously invigorating. Best served as an aperitif or with roasted meats

Palate

This wine has a pale gold colour with pearlescent glints. A creamy and generous foam.

A delicate nose underscored by notes of pear, white fruit, pastries and baked goods, with a hint of vanilla and toast. Fine and delicate.

A fresh, crisp attack that builds to flavours of juicy pear, plump fruit and cake dough. The full mouthfeel is followed by a lively and zesty finish. This is a fresh, mellow champagne with subtle oak influences that enhance its richness and ample volume while retaining the energy of Chardonnay.
