Palate

Lively effervescence, a persistent cordon. An intense yellow colour with a few golden glints.

Reflecting the best years when nature has given its most precious gifts, this cuvée always surprises with its youthful energy and sparkling tangerine notes. This vintage has a beautiful nose that creates a sensation of roundness, fullness and power. Aromatic complexity is omnipresent, with notes of bergamot, salted butter, spices, hazelnuts, gingerbread and yellow fruit such as peach and mirabelle plum.

From the very first sip, you can feel the gentle upheaval from the effervescence, where hazelnut flirts with acacia flower and then nuances of lily. Its fine, silky foam is abundant, and its balance and structure give this champagne an appealing and authentic character. Matured in the depths our cellar, this gem is for lovers of pure sensations. Everything is in plain sight: fruit and terroir are expressed to the full. Ideal as an aperitif, this wine makes a perfect partner for a sophisticated meal including shellfish, fish or filet mignon.
