Palate

Sustained effervescence, persistent cordon, intense yellow color with golden highlights.

Reflecting the great years when nature was so generous, this cuvée always surprises with its youthful spirit and sparkling tangerine notes . The nose of this vintage offers a lovely sensation of roundness, fullness and power. The aromatic complexity is omnipresent, with notes of bergamot, beurre salé, spices, hazelnuts, gingerbread and yellow peach and mirabelle plum fruit.

From the very first sip, you'll feel the gentle tumult of the effervescence, where hazelnut flirts with acacia flower and then nuances of lily. Its fine, silky mousse is abundant, its balance and structure make this Champagne seductive by its personality without any artifice. Bred in the secrecy of our cellar, this jewel is dedicated to lovers of pure sensations. Here nothing is hidden, fruit and terroir find their full expressions. A great moment as an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to a gastronomic meal based on shellfish, fish and filet mignon.
