Appearance

Pale gold colour with beautiful shimmering glints. A persistent cordon that showcases the finesse of the bubbles.

Nose

Lively and expressive evoking fresh fruit – white peach and citrus. An extremely refreshing and vibrant champagne that promises to be incredibly light on the palate.

Palate

The attack is clean and complex and the finish is supple with generous fruity aromas from the mostly Pinot Noir blend. The backbone of this champagne is refreshing yet rich and would be the perfect partner for buffet dinners and aperitifs. It can also be served with fish dishes.
