Palate

Fine, intense bubbles, persistent rim, magnificent pale gold colour with green glints.

An expressive nose with elegant, sensual and aromatic finesse that highlights the subtle art of blending Chardonnay with Pinot Noir. The aromas of this champagne include a delicious blend of yellow fruits including mirabelle plum and apricot, and its white fruit, peach aromas combine wonderfully. Its exoticism and freshness awakens the senses with an explosive, lemony character, a touch of minerality and a gourmand finish of pastry and confectionery.

The attack of this champagne is beautifully fresh. The palate is refreshing and delicious, with a lively, elegant and feminine quality. The well-balanced finish retains the fresh and fruity flavours. A wonderfully supple wine that makes an excellent aperitif or can be poured with white meats in sauce or creamy fish. Ideal for brunch or a buffet.
